I recently posted on here about books for my reluctant dyslexic 9 year old.

I received so many lovely and helpful repsponses.

I followed them and there has been such a humoungous change in my ds-I can't put it into words.

If you have ever had any same/similar issues ds had, you'll know what a challeng it can be... however... now

HE READS !

REALLY !

he actually askes me, "can I have my tablet to read my Harry Potter?"

I've also ordered 3 books from the partially sighted sight recommended on here and they have ALL been a HUGE SUCCESS -

my ds LOVES them. and more importantly - HE CAN READ THEM

he LOVES BOOKS!

i never in a zillion year thought that we'd Ever be able to say that.
and thanks to you guys, I can,

So

THANK YOU ALL from the bottom of my heart.

Great news! Could you let me know which books have been popular?

guidedogsuk.force.com/shop/s/

Harry Potter both on Kindle and from the above.

My ds thought he would NEVER be able to read them due to pure size or book, small font and longer paragraphs etc...

He is so happy now.

Also from Barrington Stoke - a lot about football, as DS LOVEs football.
You can chose actual age (or older) stories written in the reading age of the child... it's such a brilliant idea...
