Trying to remember a book

Hopefully someone will remember this book title...it was Spike Milligan (almost 100% sure) and each page was an animal and you could flip over the different sections to make it another animal - like it could be the top of a bird, then an elephant then a crocodile, or it could just be the elephant. And then they would have funny names.
I have had a google search and the only thing that looks likely is 'Condensed Animals' but I can't view any of the inside pictures!
If anyone has any ideas I would be super grateful

We have ones like this that are themed- I think our one is Flip Flap Jungle. But it’s not Spike Milligan so may not be the one you’re thinking of!

That really rings a bell, there was one called Milliganimals but that was poetry. The one I'm thinking of looked more like one called a mix up at the zoo or flip o storic. But it would be 80s for me.

There's a flip flap Axel Scheffer one like this - I think there's a farm version and a jungle one among others
