Non-fiction on extra terrestrials

My 7yo is really into space but extra terrestrials/UFOs seems to be a particular favourite.

Can anyone recommend a specific non-fiction book about them please?

We have plenty of general space books.

He’s a decent reader but it could also be a book for us to read to him.

DS bought a second hand book called World of the Unknown: UFOs. It’s quite old but I’ve just googled it to find the author (Ted Wilding-White) and it seems to still be sold.
