I'm looking for a book about how babies are made that includes something about IVF for my 7 year old daughter. Does anyone have any recommendations please? Thanks!

Mummy laid an egg as is nice book. It's simplified. Think you can find it on YouTube.
It doesn't have anything on IVF though. My Dd was an ivf baby so you have raised a good point that I should see if I can find something to help her understand (she's 8. Doesn't know about it all yet)

Where Willy Went is lovely for the basics, and passing on genetic traits/similarities. Nothing about IVF but you could add on the yourself. “Sometimes none of mr Browne’s sperm reach the egg and so a Dr picks the best one and helps it”.

Robo-Babies is more for younger children, but includes IVF. www.amazon.co.uk/Robo-Babies-Laura-Gallagher/dp/1913339041?tag=mumsnetforu03-21
We also looked at Untraditional You: An IVF Story, but it had mixed reviews.
