Anyone know where to get the Jennings books (by Anthony Buckeridge)?

I am looking for the Jennings book series, preferably ebooks but paperback ok too. Can't find them. I don't mind which edition, I think they were reprinted with all the latin puns omitted.

Or does anyone know any similar series which are easily obtainable?

The modernised reprints are on Amazon.
If you want the original text, there are many secondhand on “World of Books”.

You might also like the Just William books by Richmal Crompton. They are available as paperback or kindle format on Amazon.

Oh thanks! For some reason I could only find audiobooks on amazon when I looked earlier!

Yup - following your advice I had another look. I'd managed to change countries on amazon. Blush Thanks.

I got them for DS a few years ago.,Even with the modernised language, they are rather dated. I spent a lot of time explaining to DS about Bob a job week, fires bring the only way to keep your house warm, rag n bone, creeping into cinemas and other things that don’t happen much/at all any more.
