Does anyone know where to find reasonably priced books for sale?I am looking
for something similar to Bookpeople, which seems to no longer exist! Ideally books that would interest teens and adults. Thanks in advance

'Books for bugs' often have cheap books, as do 'the works'.

Books2door have a good selection and at a sensible price

The Works. Only online at the moment until the physical shops re open. Can't wait for them to open again. One of my favourites retailers.

Music magpie and world of books are great if you don't mind lightly used second hand books - think both are on eBay, I've had some bargains

depending what your after, Asda have a lot of kids book on 2 for £7, I often stick 2 each week in my weekly shop. Things like the That's Not My books that are usually £6.99 each, Julia Donaldson books, other popular board books and stuff. They also have pre teen type books but I've not paid much attention to those as I have a toddler

Thank you everyone for your suggestions, the problem is I was looking for Young adult and regular fiction books so most of these sites do not really have those genres. Is there anyway way I can transfer/move this thread to another topic/ section ?Sorry am new at posting on mumsnet!

The Works sells more adult books than kids ones MissPaige. Check out their 3 for £5 paperbacks on their website.
