I use to read it at my grandmother's flat. Must have been in the 80s. I can only recall bit but it was a sad story I think and I've been looking for it for years.
I'm sure it was about a girl who was a feather and I think the wind blew her away. I think people didn't hear her be ayse she was small or light. Or that was my interpretation as a child! It was hard back and was a good length. Just remember the ending feeling sad. I'm sure she was blown away in the wind.
