Hi all

My son has been asking about all these things and I wondered if any of you could recommend any books about them? He is six and is a pretty able reader but is likely to be put off a heavy tome.

I have seen the other thread which mentioned Through the Fire and we have the Usborne Time Traveller omnibus (which includes a section on the Romans) and a few of the Asterix comics. Is there anything else we should look at?

Time Hunters series should be about right.

I'd go for Horrible Histories too, both my boys loved them.
