book recommendations for 11 yo DD

Hello. DD has run out of books to read and we need some recommendations please! She particularly enjoys a series, but it doesn't have to be a series. Things that she's enjoyed before are: David Walliams and David Baddiel books, but she's outgrown them now. She's liked Jacqueline Wilson, but would like a change. She's on the cusp of wanting to read "older" books, but context-wise they're often not appropriate. Happy with magic/fantasy, but has done the Harry Potter books.
TIA

My DS has loved the shapeshifter series by Ali Sparkes.
six books for £8 at book people
He enjoyed them so much I've just bought him the follow on series and he's devouring all the Ali Sparkes books in the library too.
I've read them and really enjoyed them too - really good storylines.
On book people it says 9+ but I'd say they're readable at that age, but to get the inferences they need to be older.
The main character is a boy, but there are plenty of good girl characters too.

Goth girl
Scarlett & Ivy
Murder most unladylike
Witch world
Emily Windsnap
Not at home so not sure on the authors, all are part of a series

My DS has loved Jenny Nimmo's 'Charlie Bone' series - a little bit like Harry Potter but more firmly rooted in the real world. There are eight, plus two spin-offs, so if she likes them she'll have plenty to romp through.

Eva Ibbotson is also fabulous - The Abominables and One Dog and his Boy have been huge favourites.

DS is currently reading the first in the Percy Jackson series and loving it.

Oh yes! DS enjoying Percy Jackson books too.

Dd (10) has similar tastes to your Dd and has read all the books you mention. A friend has recommended the Warrior Cats series for Dd (10) so I have just ordered the first series from Amazon to put away for Christmas.

There are some great ones on this list, the Robin Stevens ones are particularly good.

Also have a look at Claire Fayer's Accidental Pirate series, and You Can't Make Me Go To Witch School.
