Author Visits

Can anyone recommend an author who has come to visit their/their children's primary school? We have previously had Paul Geraghty, Valerie Bloom, John Harris and Alan Durant.
Also, does anyone know of a website where authors who do these visits are listed, together with the cost?

Try contactanauthor.co.uk for listings of authors - you can search locally to you or for particular topics. Most children's authors do school visits these days.
