Magazine suitable for 12 year old DD

She is not much of a reader at all even though I have bought books from just about every genre going, got her a kindle, read to her and with her.

So I'm thinking of trying to find a magazine that will appeal. She's very sporty, interested in make up and fashion.
When I was her age I think I read Jackie magazine. Is there an equivalent?
TIA

Why don't you ask her? Take her to the shop and have a look together

My dd I saw 15 but since she was 13/14 she has been buying Glamour and National Geographic.
She said Glamour isn't trashy like some of the mags.

Teen Vogue? I think it is surprisingly feminist!

National geographic is interesting and educational. There are also so many magazines on topics like travel and computers and other things that she might be interested in.

When I was looking recently to choose one to give as a gift subscription Tesco had a bigger range of magazines on sale in store than WHS.
