Piglet and a blustery day?

For reasons too long to post here (but it involves a present for a godchild) I am trying to find out, in which A A Milne book is there the story about Piglet going for a walk (with Pooh I think) and nearly being blown away? There is an illustration of him with his ears being blown back in high winds?

I've tried Googling but lots of references to the Disney film keep popping up!

Is it the one where they see footprints in the snow and fall into a heffalump trap for poohs?

I'm not sure SavoyCabbage. I didn't think it was one of the Heffalump stories but I could be wrong!!

It's in the house at Pooh Corner. Chapter eight in which Piglet does a very grand thing.

They are going for a walk because it's Thursday! Spooky!

The illustrations make it, also the chapter in the same book where Eeyore falls in the river and goes round in circles. Such gentle humour but it really tickles me.

SavoyCabbage Thank you so much! Grin at Thursday! I have to order the book to be in time for a birthday so that's really helpful!

Oh yes, poor Eeyore Mistophelees! I'd forgotten that Grin. It's been so long since I read it.

In fact, might order two copies ... Smile
