wimpy kid or Dennis the menace books in French?

My 7 yo absolutely loves wimpy kids and the Dennis the menace books. As he is bilingual French, I would like to find something similar in French. Any recommendations?

L'Omelette au sucre and other in the series by Jean-Philippe Arrou-Vignod - very funny stories about 5 boys growing up in Cherbourg, the audio version just doesn't get old!
