Do you know this book - picture book about a dog's diary

I saw it in a bookshop a few weeks ago and it was in the new hardback childen's picture book section. I think it was a dogs diary or journal. It was one of those slightly retro old fashioned illustrations that are very popular now. It had several lines of text but big pictures too.

I meant to note it down but got distracted.

Any ideas?
