What age is it suitable for? I have read it and can't decide. Lots of kissing but otherwise fairly tame. DD is in year 6 and wants to read.

I haven't read it and my daughter is pestering as a friend has it - she is Year 5 but an advanced reader, but for me not sure about emotional side of it for her. I personally not having read it don't think she is old enough but might be wrong - others thoughts would be helpful

I haven't read it but I think it's aimed at girls a fair bit older than six.
