Cookery book for 10 year old

I am trying to find a good cookery book with savoury dishes in not just cakes, to encourage a budding baker to make meals rather than just cakes and treats. Like the ideal of a kids cookbook as more likely to have family friendly recipes.

What about Nora's Dinners?

There's a good range of recipes that a 10 year old can cook like fish pie, risotto and lasagne. There's also soup and sweet things. My 11yo DD cooks from it.

Have a look at Sam Stern's books. He is older now but published his first cookbook whilst in his teens and they cover a range of meals, not just baking and desserts

I can recommend Sam Stern too, and I think a 10 year old would find his books quite appealing and cool but definitely not beyond them in terms of difficulty.

Absolutely LOVE The Silver spoon For Kids - and not just for the kids either. Fab, easy-to-follow, yummy!

Ainsley Harriet's meals in minutes might be worth a look - I bought it as an adult but the meals are simple, interesting and fun
