first Roald Dahl book??

would you recommend a roald Dahl book for nearly 5yr old? I remember enjoying the magic finger as a young child but cant remember the exact age.
any recommendations for where to start would be greatly appreciated.

I started with the BFG having never read it before (I'm foreign!). Both my DSs (age 4 and 9) loved it and we were all laughing so much, it was the first time they both enjoyed the same book! My little one now says 'We're big Roald Dahl fans!!' We went on to read EVERYTHING by Dahl after that. So that was a good start.

Enormous Crocodile was great- DS found it hilarious.

The Twits were also the funniest thing ever, according to DS2

I've bought my 5 year old some Roahl Dahl books for Christmas for us to. Read. One about a magic finger and I can't remember which others maybe the twits.
