The Siobhan Dowd Trust have launched a competition which will give £6,000 (and two runner-up prizes of £3,000) to a school library which demonstrates need and a capacity to change.
Teachers or Parents can enter. Whether Nursery, Primary or Secondary, all state schools could benefit.
