My baby is 3 months old and it is said that it's good to read to your baby from an early age! Anyone got any ideas of good story books for babies?

The Usborne series of That's Not My... (cat/robot/lion/etc) are good for babies as they have soft bits to touch.

Each Peach and Peepo, both by Ahlbergs

Meg and Mog, Dear Zoo, Peekaboo Park.

My 10mo has loved lift the flap books since she was about 6mo.

I tend to read the books I have from school (Y1) Its the language rhythms etc that are important. Although she does like the Noisy Farm book with bits to feel.
