Where to buy this book? Surely it should be for sale somewhere!

I was telling my ds9 about a great book I remember reading as a child namely 'help I'm a prisoner in a toothpaste factory' and he really loved the sound of it, especially the messages that come out of the toothpaste tube. So I thought I'd buy him a copy easy you'd think just look online - but no I can't find a copy anywhere. So does anyone have any idea where I might get a copy?

We'll be needing a copy in due course, I loved this when I was a child and recently found out that DH did too!
