Books to help DD (2yo) sleep.

DD has night terrors often and takes a while to get back to sleep. I though reading her stories would help. I tell stories but my imagination is running out of ideas.

Are there any children's books on dreaming or just some that are non stimulating - if you can call it that.

Library proved to be no help.

Goodnight Moon is one of my go to staples for bedtime.

Second goodnight moon. I'd get DD to wave bye bye at each part. also guess how much I love you. Great to act out.

it isn't a book like that but my 2 used to love a book called baby yoga, really helped them wind down and think about something else by doing the yoga positions.

'Can't you sleep, Little Bear?' is my favourite.
