Please help me work out what book this was..

I read it when I was about 10. It's about a girl who was sent to stay with relatives, cousin around her own age, but they don't bond. Instead she goes to the attic and 'meets' a girl in the mirror who is from Victorian times. The girl goes through the mirror and gets to know the victorian girl who becomes her friend. But the victorian girl is very manipulative, and eventually tries to get the girl to ice skate on thin ice (in order to kill her so she is a ghost too?). Girl is rescued, and finds she does like her aunt and cousin after all. Hope I've remembered this right! I know I read it many times, but can't for the life of me remember the names or title!
