9 Year old boy - run out of ideas again!

Any suggestions please? 9 Year old boy, higher reading age (not sure what, but working at 11 year old level in literacy). Read ALL the Horrible Histories, Sciences, Maths etc, currently finishing all the Michael Lawrence books. Read all the How to Train your Dragon series. Can't stand Harry Potter.

Wanders around the library and says he's read all the good ones... (and is supposed to have a reading book in his school bag at all times, but basically reads a good book in an evening, so we are struggling a bit).

Also, does he like football/cricket? If so, there are books by Bob Cattell about cricket/football, and some other authors who write football fiction.

Rick Riordan - Percy Jackson series, Kane Chronicles. There are loads and they are great, fast-paced, very funny. good use of vocab.

You could go "back over" too - Treasure Island, Kidnapped, Moonfleet, The Barsoom, Pellucidar, and the Land That Time Forgot novels - if you have a Kindle, loads of the classics are free too
There's the Willard Price "Adventure" series - they are a wee bit dated, but are exciting, quite different from anything else he's likely to have read, and all the animal facts in there are well researched and true and they do stick in one's head for being wrapped up in story so to speak too. There are 13 in all, and the first is Amazon Adventure.
Or Susan Cooper - there's the "Dark is Rising" sequence (ignore that vile film) and Seaward, the Boggart and its sequel, King of Shadows, and Victory - they are all really good reads too.

Bear grylls has written a few kids books.

Joan Aitkin, has written loads, some are more 'girly' others a bit spooky/haunted.

My ds likes Animal Ark. Covers look a bit naff, but they are basically about a vets family in different situations. He doesn't like goosebumps type books, so really likes these vets ones.

Sam Hutton, Connor Clover, Measle, Jiggy McCue, Beast Quest, Cows in Action (I assume he's read Astrosaurs), Dick King Smith, Michael Morpugo, Alex Rider (maybe), Tyke Tiler.
