What time of day do you read with your kids?

We often have a quiet time just before lunch where we'll read Dr Suess or 'Farmer Duck' is popular at the moment.
When we're waiting for 1/2 am hour for my daughter to have her ballet class we take my kindle or my phone and read some ebooks by Paula McBride.
Bedtime we choose something gentle and soothing, like 'Owl Babies' or the ebook, 'The Great Anwen Sheep Singing Contest'
What time of day do you read to your little ones and does the time of day change the sort of book you read?

Ds brings me books throughout the day to read to him and always picks a book at bedtime and naptimes.

Like you, it's a random things. Sometimes, I will read to my DD at mealtimes. Bedtime, always. Sometimes it's just a random thing that occurs, particularly if we are in a bookshop or the library.
