Good Children's book on Explaining Difficulties

Hi, I am a childminder, and although I have been recommended a book 'Don't call me Special', some of the reviews say that it is a little advanced for 2-3 year olds. Can anybody advise of a good book that will explain learning difficulties to children in a simple way that has excellent reviews
