Non-fiction for a three year old?

Any subject - just looking for recommendations!

usbourne do loads - we had the space little encliopedia and ocean from about 3 - loads of pictures and last for ages

I'm a huge fan of usborne books, which my son also seems to enjoy. This series is great.
