I was delighted to see that this wonderful film based on the book by Michael Morpurgo (starring Paul Schofield and Helen Mirren and set/filmed on the Isles of Scilly) has finally been released on dvd, and now available from Amazon uk. It is a beautifully made tale for children of all ages. Highly recommended!
