Does anyone else LOVE the Casson family books?!

I am a bit obsessed. And actually rather sad that I cannot name my children after colors, too. (My last name is Brick. It just cannot be.)

I teared up a bit reading one today and all the 8/9 year olds I work with are relentlessly taking the piss. Blush

Anyway. No one I know in RL reads them, so I just wanted to see if anyone here does. :)

Just me? Really? They are grand. :)

I haven't read them but DD loved Indigo's Star and has several of the others lined up for when we go on holiday.

I was just thinking the other day that its funny that I've never seen them recommended on here.

Can you imagine though, posting on Baby Names "I'm thinking of calling my baby Cadmium - what do you think, is it just pregnancy hormones . . ."

I love them too! Although haven't read any recently .......

I actually quite like Cadmium Takver! You really ought to read them, you'll love them.

Glad to know it's not just me, Leeds. I especially love Rose.

They're great; although I haven't read the latest addition to the canon, and heard that it wasn't as good as the first five.
