I am a little concerned at dd's increased knowledge of sex she says she got from reading this book and the fact she very explicitly told her younger brother how to make a baby as described in the book.

I read one review whoch says it graphically details force feeding and there is also a mention of rape. However she has handed it back into the school class library (Year 5) so I can't check for myself. They and her teacher are away on a residential next week. I just wanted a few facts before I go in and speak to the school about the age suitability of books available.
