Volcano fiction

Hello,

My DS loves volcanos, can anyone recommend a story that features a volcano, preferably erupting? We have Tom and the Island of Dinosaurs which he loves, and got the Snail and the Whale which has a brief volcano appearance but I can't think of any more. He's 2, but happy to have slightly older books read aloud if he finds them interesting.

I think the second book in the Roman Mysteries is about Pompeii errupting. "secret of vesuvius"

Did Willard Price write one called "volcano adventure" or am I dreaming that one?

There's a Magic Treehouse book called Vacation Under The Volcano.

Willard Price wrote Volcano Adventure (which is the fourth in the series).
