"Matthew and His Wellington Boots" from Diglot books. This is a nice little story suitable for 2 to 5 year olds I would say. It's written in English with the French words directly underneath as a way of introducing your child to learning a second language. They've got a website that shows how the words are pronounced, so it doesn't matter if you don't speak the language.
