A Book about Personal Development?

DD1 has just had a letter home about starting their personal development lessons in class. My friend gave me a book that she used for her DDs but I'm not that keen on it. She's a lovely girl who reads a lot and I want to get the right one.

How old is your DD?

This is good (was recommended to me on here).

I bought it for dd who is 9, she had a flip through but isn't really interested yet, but I think it will be useful for her as she gets older. I'd say its aimed from around 9/10 year olds up to young teenagers.

She'll be 8 in July.
