DD wants to know how the earth was created. A quick amazon google has not really born much fruit.

Anyone know of any good books that deal with the big bang etc?

Not averse to her knowing that others believe in creation, but I don't want a book that puts that notion forward as potential "truth", iyswim.

We have a couple of cat in the hat ones that deal with Space etc. Something along those lines would be good, but she'd also be interested in a more purely factual book too .

TIA.

"What's under the bed" by Mick manning - wonderwise series - about drilling down through the various layers to the core of the earth - aimed at 5-6 ish.
