Does anyone know if any of the Harry potter audio books (read by Stephen Fry)are available to buy on mp3?

I have the first 1 on a cd, but I'd like to be able to listen on my mp3 player; there are an awful lot of cdsGrin.

I tried to convert it to mp3,but it's obviously copy protected.

I tried audible(amazon) but no luck.

We've just copied ours straight to itunes, are you sure you can't do that?

There is a way round it even if they are copy protected. DH is just searching for info...

I love HP on my iPod, it's my complete comfort listening and I listen to it most nights to get to sleep.

Ok, DH says apparently if you hold down the Shift key as the CD is loading on your computer it overcomes the piracy protection (he is reading this off a website, hasn't tried it) but the HP as far as he knows isn't copywrite protected.

Let me know if you are having more problems, I can ask DH for advice.

You can buy them through sites like audible, which you can download to itunes. I'm a big audiobook fan. It makes the morning drive to work more tolerable.

However I have HP on CD as my DH loves to listen to them as well. I imported them into itunes no problem.

I tried to buy them on audible and I just found a faq saying that they weren't available.

I haven't used i-tunes I don't have an i player (I am not a fan of their software.)

When I want to convert things from cd to mp3 I use audiograbber and it usually works a treat, but with hp it appears to work ok ,but when it's transferred to the mp3 player it disappears Confused
