Concerned of skin mark?

Hi,
I noticed this mark in my child’s hairline a few weeks ago and took her do the pharmacy (4yr old) who said to ‘just keep an eye on it and go to gp if anything changed’

It hasn’t changed but I have looked a lot online (silly idea I know) and concerned around the appearance of it. I am going to take her to be seen by the GP Monday, but just wondered if anyone has had anything similar/what it was?

Ringworm of scalp. Examine there’s of the head carefully to see if there are more patches

My ds has a freckle like that in his hair too, he's had it years and all been fine. Try not to worry.
