What are your big decisions today?

Inspired by another thread where a childfree woman said that she loved the freedom she has, and how her biggest decisions today are how far to go on her hike and what sort of coffee machine to buy 😊

My decisions for today:

Which colours of Lisa Eldridge liquid eyeshadows to buy
What present to buy for my nephew
What to have for lunch
What to cook for dinner
What film to watch this evening

My DP is away so I only have to think about myself. I don't have to drive anybody to swimming lessons or birthday parties or football practice. Feeling very lucky and grateful today

Currently trying to decide which pair of black trousers to wear to work this evening, by wearing each pair for an hours or so. So it’s a choice of the ones that will stay up but aren’t exceedingly comfortable, or the ones that won’t stay up but are exceedingly comfortable. A belt is not an option.

(Thinking.....) nope, no decisions to make today. I am drifting aimlessly and without purpose. Or is that the same thing?

BIG decision tomorrow - visiting the new refurbed National Portrait Galllery, where do we go for lunch? leaning to Chinatown

Today I’m deciding what film to watch and whether to go out and buy a bath bomb for later. And I’m also deciding whether to buy eggs as well after someone mentioned scrambled eggs because I’m quite easily influenced by scrambled eggs 😂

I'm a pushover for a decent poached egg.

Scrambled eggs are the best. 😁

What to wear to a barbecue this evening. On a Tuesday! I know!

What jumper to wear with my new trousers and whether to do the trek to the op shop while I'm in town for an appointment (it's a trek because the car park I use is a few blocks away from the appointment and the op shop is further still).

Not really a decision, but I just had a bugger of a job getting the clean towels to fit nicely in the poncy basket they live in.

Whether or not it's too cruel to get up.

Whether to go to the local shop for chocolate or wait for my Sainbos delivery tomorrow (I left it - lazy or virtuous, lol, you decide..) Whether to completely redo my nail varnish, or just sort out the chip (the latter - lazy).

Should I get dressed and wander into town..?

What to pack for a whole month in Scotland. All my clothes I think, the weather changes hourly.

Whether it's safe (rainwise) to hang the washing out.

How to find out whether some medication I'm on is OK to take into Japan next month.

What to pack for a few days in Durham next week.

Whether to try and finish my book before said Durham trip so I can take a new one.

I had a laparoscopy yesterday so my only decisions are sofa or bed 😴

Well yesterday I made the decision to get a baby dwarf hamster and to call him Stormy.

Today I'm torn between a baked potato for lunch or a cheese & ham toastie. The pressure is just intense. 😛

A month in Scotland sounds lovely!

Smoked salmons rolls for lunch, one or two?

This afternoon do I watch the racing, hoick out the stepladder and clean out the basement flat gully or do laundry?

Ha! He's mainly in hiding today while he settles in but this is the little chap.

Aww he’s so cute! I wouldn’t have my own pets but I love everyone else’s 😂 one set of my nieces/nephews have hamsters and I love playing with the hamsters with them when I visit.

No decisions past when to get up today and whether to sit in the lounge or stay in my room. I'm home with a bastard cold. There's no laundry or shopping to do, tonight's dinner is in the fridge (roast pork again, not hard to tell pork is cheap at present, they're serving it every other day) and I just have the usual routine of getting Mum up, which is quite enough of a drag.

Oh, he's adorable!!
