What does all this DC etc. mean? i.e 'my DC is five years old'?

dd - dear daughter

DS1 = First Born Son, DS2 = Second born son
The ones below are quite specific to this section:
MB = Mum Boss, DB = Dad Boss
CM = Childminder as in Registered Childminder
