Childminder/nanny search - Southsea Hampshire

Looking for a childminder &/or nanny for September re collecting from school etc - can anyone recommend?

Have you tried contacting CHAT (Childcare Advice and Training)? There phone number is 023 9269 5000
They can provide a list of childminders in the Southsea area. You will need to find someone who is able to, or who already collects from the school(s) concerned.

Another thing is to advertise at the school (if headteacher permits it), though of course you can't do that until September, which is probably too late.

Thanks guys - have contacted CHAT who said they would put something in the post but that was 2 wks ago & the school so far has been v crap @ communication - I still don't know what date DD starts, what hours etc and what the school uniform is! despite many phone calls & letters. If is wasn't for their excellent reputation we would be moving her. Thanks for the advice.
