There is a sample contract on the nannyjob website, and if I were given a handbook as a nanny I'd run a mile!
However it goes without saying that you ought to treat the house you live in with respect, ensure you come in at a reasonable hour work days, tidy away after yourself at all times, be careful not to disturb anyone sleeping, and talk to employers to see if they have any reasonable preferences, ie, not cook at the same time as them, make sure they have family/couple time alone.
