Self Assessment Questions. Please reply, already struggling!

Hi, I was employed up to Jan 2010 in a company and my tax and NI was deducted every month by them. I began working as a child minder in February 2010. I've just received my Self assessment form asking for me to to fill in for the year April 2009 - April 5th 2010. As I've already paid tax on my earnings up unti January do I just include what I've earnt from February?

Nope you must put your earnt income & tax paid in as well
