Just thought I would let you all know that I have had a 'stolen day'...
yesterday a parent told me that they had decided to take their 2 mindees to the seaside for the weekend and did I mind... (er no still paid....) and then this morning the other mindee (bless) had a tummy bug and didnt show up either...
I have spent my Friday READING, EATING AND WATCHING TV ON THE SOFA AND NOW HAVE A LARGE GLASS OF WINE AND ON MUMSNET... AND STILL BEING PAID.. HOW WONDERFUL IS THAT....
also its my 21 wedding anniversary and dh has clearly forgotten, so when i remind him later, there will be tons of brownie points in this for me.. its a good life.. sometimes..
