I have 1 under 5 place to fill, I currently have 3 famillies interested in the place which is brilliant but I'm unsure how to make a decision so I'm asking for your help please.....

A - just turned 1 year old, mum curently looking for ft job, dad with a job which means he finishes at lunch time 2 days per week but sometimes has to work later.
B - 17mth old, mum and dad work in a warehouse, want 7 hours per day and mindee dropping home which is approx a 20 min round trip per evening.
C - just turned 2 yr old wanting 10 hours per week, this is through a scheme for under priviliged famillies working with a teenage mum (which I once was so I have understanding and sympathy.)

What would you do?

On one hand I think take on B & C on another I think of how lovely the other family are and I want to take them on too (both famillies are lovely and the children are really good too, have looked after child A for 3 hours while mum had an interview, have looked after B for 3 days so far) I know I need to choose one or the other. Also if I take on A & C I would need a variation for the odd afternoon when the dad needs to be at work later.

What to do for the best?

Not B. The dropping off may cause problems in the future.

I am definitely taking C on because either way I think I can fit her in, although I may need a slight variation if I decide to choose A (as I already have my own dd who is 4 and at nursery and a ft 2yr old mindee) but having been a young mum I really want to provide support to this mum and her child.

Oh btw C is term time only. So when my dd isn't at nursery or school I wouldn't have her anyway and if my dd was ill I would send everyone home anyway. I know my dd still counts in my numbers even when she is not with me which is why if I took A on I would still have to have a variation for the times when the dad has to work late.
