what should the timescale be???

  1. Whether I provided you with an account of the findings, and any action taken, within 28 days (EYFS) and 20 days (Childcare Register) of the date on which the complaint was made.

oh ok is 28 days acceptable, ill email you after work if you dont mind, it wouldbe a huge help!

I would put something in about acknowledging the complaint / concern in writing within so many days as well say 2 or 3.

Also about if findings not satisfactory what your proceedure is.
