Babysitter in Paris

I've also posted this under 'General Travel Advice' but I thought I'd also try here. DH, DS (2) and I are going to Paris for a long weekend 5-8 March and I was wondering if anyone knows a really amazing and trustworthy babysitter? We will be in an apartment.

I would recommend myself but no longer live there! What are your requirements? When would you want babysitting? Which arrondissement will you be in?

I know several nannies there still, including the nanny who took over my job from me, any of whom I would have left my former charge with.

Oh, you're such a star . I would probably just want one night of babysitting, from 8pm to 11pm or something like that. DS will be asleep, it will be very easy. We will be in the 4th (borders with the 3rd) - the Marais. We'll pay whatever the generous going rate is .

Hi frakkinaround....just posted on another of your Paris babysitting threads, but see you've moved! Can you recommend anyone else? Evening babysitting Thursday and Friday Oct 7-8 for my sleeping (hopefully) 21 mo DS. Haven't booked accomodation, but planning on an apartment in the Marais.
