I am a childminder, have been for just over a year.
I am moving house and have had a load of paper work to change my reg address which is fine but, They want me to do a risk assessment on the new house.
I have risk assessments but I need one that is more suitable for assessing a a premises if you get what I mean.
Mine just dont seem to 'fit' with what I need.
Has anyone else had to do this?
Anyone know where I can get a template for this sort of thing?
Any help would be great!
Thanks

hi there

all you really need to do is have a good look at your new premises and note down risk and actions etc

have a look at www.childmindingforum.co.uk as well

Go round the house. Write the name of each room and any risks you can see in the room and what you will do to resolve them. Include the hall and any outside space.
