CM CLUB - How many hours a week do you work?

I'm just wondering.

TIA

Mon - Fri 7 - 6, some weeks 5.30 am start 2 days a week. Sat 8 - 6 Sun occasional.

Rest of time paperwork and the odd bit of sleep.

I am paid from 7am till 9am then 3.00pm till 7pm with my after schooler during term time and paid from 7am till 7pm in school holidays. I don't often work past 6./6.30pm though. I would like to only be paid until 6pm and know that i am finishing at 6pm rather than having to wonder what time they are picking up.

I ofetn dont spend any time with my dd's alone who are 5 and 3 as they are going to bed around 6.30pm usually

I may give notice soon as i am fed up with the situation.

0800-1800 Mon-Fri, with occasional extra hours/days

I have children for 52 hours a week, plus the paperwork. Adds up to a lot of hours.

Sorry mate, can't be bother to work the actual hours out right now lol. Paperwork aside, I work:

Mon: 7.30am - 6pm
Tues: 7.45am - 6pm
Wed: 7.30am - 6pm
Thurs: 7.30am - 6pm
Fri: 8.00am - 6pm

Then have regular overnighters (not as in set days, just a couple of mindees who stay a fair bit i.e. one is doing 3 nights in a row shortly).

i work 11 hr days so 55hrs per week

generally 8 till 5.30 every day.. too thick/knackered to add up the hours though lol..

Before xmas it was 7am to 6.30-7pm five days a week

Now it is 7.30 - 6pm three days a week

Mon and Fri 8am to 5.30pm. Tue to Thur 8am to 6pm. So 49 hours. Plus hours spent setting up, clearing up and paperwork. I'm not going to add those up, far too depressing.

Mostly the same as me then, I do 7.30 til 6.15ish 5 days a week, I'm feeling shattered and I'm considering cutting down maybe end of the year to 7.30 til 5 so we can have dinner as a family, maybe even seeing if I could work until 4.30 a couple of days a week but DH says if I do that I'll end up with no customers because most people work 9 til 5.

LMGs - I used to work 6.45am - 6.30pm and I was sooooo pleased when I stopped doing those hours! I had an enquiry for my Friday slot but turned it away as they wanted a 6.30pm finish and we'd already decided that we weren't going to go beyond 6pm unless for one offs every now and then (or overnighters of course).

I personally wouldn't be able to fill my vacancies with those hours but if you're able to then fab as I'd love nothing more than to be able to have some family time like that at the end of the day But then again, I couldn't afford the shorter hours personally.

9.15 to 4 Mon Tues Thurs
8.15 to 5.50 Weds

Not open on Fridays

Easy hours now but I used to work 7 til 7 with 1 full weekend a month

Sympathy for all of you working long long days

I work 50 hours a week as a CMer, usually babysit 2 nights a week and at the moment spend far too much time on paperwork but hopefully will be able to get most of my paperwork done while the children sleep (once I have some good procedures in place.)

At the moment I work 7 am to 5.30 p.m Monday to Thursday and 8 am to 5.30 pm on a Friday - lots of hours - too tired to work it out! Used to have Friday school hours off which was lovely, but have to be flexible.

Before Christmas it was almost 60, now it's barely 18

Mine are 7.15 to 6 officially but quite often 7.15 to 6.30 or later depending on when some parents collect. Five days a week, have done Sundays in the past but NO more!
