I have a potential job just in talks with childrens mum at the moment for 2 full days with 2 yr old and the every other weekend with 2 yr old and 4 yr old. what kind of pay should i expect for that?

Your usual hourly rate for Mon- Fri, with additional fee for weekends and the extra child.

Why the additional fee for extra child? Do nannies charge families with more kids more money? I find that with the addition of the second child the trade off is less duties (i.e. my last nanny did our laundry as well, but the new nanny will have enought to do with two kids and as such she will not be asked to do DH's and my laundry). Do nannies expect to make more money for rwo kids than one?
