Am I breaking copyright?

I have MM contracts and child record forms; I am thinking it would be a good idea to load these documents pre filled out with my hourly rate, holiday rate, sickness rate etc so that potential parents coming across the website can have a nosey and also so that potential parents I have already met can read them before going over them with me in person.

I have just filled them out and also put a sample 'stamp' across them in photoshop - but thinking about it if I put them on my website will I be breaking a copyright?

If I am and I do it anyway, what will happen to me?

No idea. Though you could always e-mail your sample to Childminder@MM and ask if it's ok to display it on your website. Never know, they may say it's fine.

hmm good thinking nannynick, but if they say no I wud be stuffed. But I might just do it and plead ignorance if caught, would that work?!

If you did it and they found out, then all they would probably do is ask for it to be removed. It's probably just to stop people copying the form - which they could do by just buying one pack.

I'm going rogue and doing it - thanks Nick!

if I get caught I'm blaming you!
