Nanny bonus - how much?

We have a nanny working for us 2-3 days a week and I am wondering what we should give her as a Christmas bonus. Is there an appropriate amount? in terms of weeks? or a percentage of what she earns a year?

Don't worry wideawakemum A bonus is not expected by most nannies. In over 20 years of nannying I've never had a cash bonus for Christmas (though I did have one when I got married) I've just had really nice presents and I certainly don't feel hard done by.
