From what i heard on radio the government say they have made a 'judgement' and have had to make 'judgements' (basically rejecting the report). Surely practice in any field should be based on evidence presented by specialists and academics in the field and their expert interpretation not on judgements, opinions, evaluations etc. by those who do not spend their lives specialising in the area or indeed 'independent' inquiries comissioned by them.
